Please complete your Advisement Form before February 16, 2026

Submit the form even if you do not plan to attend Academic Challenge next year. Just enter your name and then scroll down and check the “I plan to drop” boxes.

You will not be able to save the form and come back to it, so gather the information before you start!

Please do not hesitate to contact our office if you have any questions or need assistance with any part of this process. We are here to help our students achieve success in Level 4 & 5 of the Academic Challenge Program.

On the Advisement Form we ask you to name three colleges, military organizations, or vocational programs you are interested in pursuing after graduation. Before you start filling out the form, for colleges look up:

GPA and SAT scores of accepted students
Tuition
Room and board cost

For military or vocational programs, look up any requirements.
